Before you contact me, please read the information on this page. I receive many of the same requests over and over, so I've organized responses to those requests below. Please read them to see if one of them will answer your question or address your issue. If you do need to contact me, the information below will help you decide which email address to use. Thanks!
All of my products are sold exclusively on TpT, so click over to my TpT store and use the custom categories or the search feature to check.
Are you having trouble locating one of my freebies? I recently deactivated most of my TpT freebies, and they are now hosted exclusively here on Teaching Resources. Sign up for my Candler's Classroom Connections email list and you'll receive access to over 75 of my best freebies! More than likely, what you're looking for will be on that page.
My webinars are free to watch, either live or as a replay, and you can sign up for them on my Free Webinars for Teachers page. You'll also find most of your webinar-related questions answered at the bottom of the page.
Professional development certficates are no longer free, but they are available when you purchase a webinar product from me. Click here to find all of them in my TpT store.
I receive many requests each day for advice from teachers about curriculum and classroom issues. I wish that I had time to answer all questions, but I'm just not able to do that. If you follow my Facebook page, you can request that I post a question on Facebook for you by filling out this Question Connection Google Doc form. I can't promise to post all questions, but I'll try to post the ones that are relevant to the teachers who follow the page - primarily elementary educators.
I have moved most of my sales over to TeachersPayTeachers.com except for a few titles that are available in print. If you need assistance with anything you purchased through TpT, please visit TpT's help center. They can help with everything from files that won't download to account issues.
If you ordered one of my print books through the Teaching Resources website, those orders are processed by my publisher, Brigantine Media, and all inquiries should be directed to Neil Raphel at email@example.com.
If you purchased digital resources from my site before I moved everything to TpT, I can only help you if you have your email confirmation of purchase. If you do, please forward your email receipt to me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.
Questions about workshops?
If you are interested in learning more about our workshop opportunities, please read the information on my Workshop Page to see if you can find your answers there. If you are interested in scheduling a workshop, you may email Pat Calfee at email@example.com.
Have you experienced success with my materials or with strategies learned at my workshops? I would love to hear from you! I especially love to receive testimonials and comments that I can share with other teachers. Send your comments to me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you find an error on my website, even if it's just a typo or a broken link, please email me at email@example.com. Tell me the exact page where you are seeing the error; copying and pasting the URL into your email is appreciated. I am a perfectionist and I will correct any errors that you find and report to me!
I get many requests to share or post about teacher websites, products, and resources. You can email requests to firstname.lastname@example.org but I'm going to be honest and tell you that I am not able to even respond to most of these requests. No matter how terrific your resource is, even if's free, I'm not going to share it with my fans until I take time to check it out completely myself. Unfortunately, I don't have time to check out most requests so they won't get shared. If you write a really compelling email about it that includes a link to your free resource and I am interested, I'll respond to you. If you don't hear from me, it either means I am not interested in at this time or I just don't have time to check out what you have to offer. By the way, if your resource is not free, there's no reason to ask me to share it with my fans. I won't promote any products that I haven't used myself, not even for a share of the profits. Just sayin!
If your question doesn't fall into one of the categories above, you can email me at email@example.com and I will answer you as soon as I'm able to do so. You should be aware that when you email me, you'll get an automated message with most of the information above on it. However, I will see your email I'll respond if your situation is not addressed by one of those topics. Thanks!
