How to Place an Order
Most individual orders will be processed through my TeachersPayTeachers store using a credit card or PayPal. To order digital resources, click the Buy Now button next to each item to be taken directly to that item's sales page in my store.
Schools frequently place large orders for site licenses or a variety of different books for one classroom teacher. For larger orders such as these, schools may use a school check, a purchase order, or a credit card.

Pay with School Check ($100 Minimum)
Checks and money orders should be made to Teaching Resources, Inc. or to the publisher, following the directions on the order form.
When your check is received and processed, the contact person will receive an email message with information about how to download the purchased documents.
Your cancelled check will serve as your receipt, or you can request a receipt if needed.

Schools or districts may place site license orders with a credit card by following the directions below. When ordering, please complete the Site License Order Form
and send it with the PO. Email, fax, or mail the form to us using the contact information on the order form.
When we receive your order, we will send you an email verifying the total amount of the purchase and sending you a link to the payment page. On that page, you'll click the Pay Now button and enter the total from the order form into the payment box. Then you'll follow the steps to complete the order with your credit card.
When your payment is received, the files will be sent by email along with a copy of the site license agreement. Large orders will be sent on CD if requested. Your school or district will then be billed for those licenses.
After you pay, you'll receive a confirmation email from PayPal. Please save this as your receipt. You will automatically receive confirmation of your payment as well. We will email the individual titles to you if your order is less than $300. If the order totals more than $300, we will send you a disk with all of the files.

30-Day Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, let Laura know within 30 days and your full purchase price will be refunded to your credit card. Just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and state why the item did not meet your needs. Within a few business days, you'll receive an email stating that the cost has been refunded to your card.
