Professional Development Certificate Info
While I don’t have the authority to award professional development credit for watching the webinar, your school or district might accept the certificate on the right along with copies of your webinar notes. It’s certainly worth a try, and even if you don’t get credit, you can keep those documents on file as a part of your teaching portfolio. The presentation time listed on this certificate is 2 hours. It was updated recently because most of the presentations were lasting more than the 90 minutes shown on the certificate.
Certificate Formats
The certificate is available in both editable and non-editable formats below. If you want to type your information on the certificate before printing it, open the editable version and type in the blue form fields. When you print the certificate, the blue boxes will disappear.

- Email your TpT receipt(s) of purchase to me at [email protected].
- Visit the School Year Super Start Facebook group and click the JOIN link.
- Fill out this Google Doc application form.
Detailed Directions for Sending Your Purchase Receipt
Here are some options for sending me your receipt. No matter what method you use, be sure your name appears on the receipt. If you email the receipt, send it to [email protected]
- (Easiest method)Â Find the email that TpT sent you when you purchased a product, click the Forward link on the email, and email it to me.
- Go to your My Purchases page on TpT and find the eligible bundle or products. Click the green “Printable Receipt” link and then do one of the following:
- Save the receipt as a PDF file and send me an email with the PDF file attached.
- Use a screen capture tool to capture an image of the receipt and send that to me.
- Print a hard copy of your receipt. Then take a photo of the receipt and email that photograph to me.
- Print a hard copy of your receipt. Then scan it and email the image or file to me.
- If none of those methods work, you can print your receipt and mail a physical copy to me at this address: Laura Candler, 1552 Grassy Branch Drive, Fayetteville, NC, 28304If you do that, be sure to include your email address with your receipt so I can contact you. Also, when you fill out the Google Doc form, please tell me that you have mailed the receipt to me.
